摘　　要：通过对托盘传输和供料需求的分析与研究,提出托盘周转和托盘供料相结合的自动化方案。托盘供料机集成了托盘拖动机构,用拖动机构控制周转车内的物料托盘切换和进料,采用相机自动识别物料外观并收集数据,集成机器人自动抓取系统,将托盘内的物料给装配线自动供料。托盘供料机的应用,使托盘周转和托盘自动供料相结合,同时解决了生产过程监控与物料追溯的难题。Through the analysis and Research on the demand of pallet transmission and feeding,an automation scheme combining pallet turnover and pallet feeding is put forward.The pallet feeder integrates the pallet dragging mechanism,which controls the material pallet switching and feeding in the turnover vehicle.The camera is used to automatically identify the material appearance and collect data.The robot automatic grabbing system is integrated to automatically feed the materials in the pallet to the assembly line.The application of pallet feeder combines pallet turnover with pallet automatic feeding,and solves the problems of production process monitoring and material traceability.
