摘　　要：以RS6000旋转机械状态监测保护装置在空分装置中的应用为例,介绍RS6000系统的软件及硬件组态。空分装置中主要应用RS6000的振动和位移模块,同时运用通信的方式将振动和位移信号引入集散控制系统(DCS)及安全仪表系统(SIS),有利于及时掌握设备运行状态,早期诊断常见的机械故障,以此来保证机组系统的状态监测,从而实现安全生产的目的。Taking the application of RS6000 rotating machinery condition monitoring and protection device in air separation plant as an example,the software and hardware configuration of RS6000 system are introduced.The RS6000 vibration and displacement module is mainly used in the air separation plant.At the same time,the vibration and displacement signals are introduced into the Distributed Control System(DCS)and Safety Instrumented System(SIS)by means of communication to help us grasp the operating status of the equipment in time and diagnose common ones early.Mechanical failure,in order to ensure the status monitoring of the unit system,so as to achieve the purpose of safe production.
