摘 要:机械设备应用量逐年增多,机械设备提高生产力的同时,存在性能降低、安全隐患频发等现实问题,对于设备使用者来说,应做好预测性维修工作,大大提高设备利用率。以往传统设备预测性维修方法在新时期面临挑战,使用在线状态监测系统进行预测性维修,能够及时发现设备问题,并制定可行性维修措施。本文首先介绍预测性维修内涵,然后分析设备预测性维修意义,接下来总结当前设备预测性维修常见问题,最后探究在线状态监测系统在设备预测性维修中的实践。旨在为同行提供借鉴,提高在线状态监测系统应用价值,取得设备预测性维修的良好效果。The application of mechanical equipment is increasing year by year.While improving the productivity of mechanical equipment,there are some practical problems,such as performance degradation and frequent safety hazards.For equipment users,predictive maintenance should be done well to greatly improve the utilization rate of equipment.The traditional predictive maintenance method of equipment in the past is facing challenges in the new era.Using online condition monitoring system for predictive maintenance can timely find equipment problems and formulate feasible maintenance measures.This paper first introduces the connotation of predictive maintenance,then analyzes the significance of equipment predictive maintenance,then summarizes the common problems of current equipment predictive maintenance,and finally explores the practice of online condition monitoring system in equipment predictive maintenance.The purpose is to provide reference for peers,improve the application value of online condition monitoring system,and achieve good results of predictive maintenance of equipment.
