摘  要:建立交联壳聚糖(CCTS)富集、硫氰酸钾显色、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)增敏后分光光度法测定微量钨的分析方法。试验确定了最佳反应条件,质量浓度在范围内线性良好,线性相关系数R2=0.9993,检出限为0.027µg/mL,加标回收率在98.2%~100.9%之间。该方法有较低的检出下限,良好的精密度与准确度,可用于矿石、水中微量钨的测定。The analytical method for determination of trace tungsten by spectrophotometry using crosslinked chitosan(CCTS)enrichment,potassium thiocyanate coloration and sensitization of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)was established.The results showed that the best reaction conditions were determined.The linear range of the mass concentration was good,the linear correlation coefficient was R2=0.9993,the detection limit was 0.027μg/ml,and the recoveries were between 98.2%~100.9%.The method has low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of Trace Tungsten in ore and water.
