汽车喷漆中漆膜缺陷处理技术研究

摘　　要：随着人们对汽车维修技术的关注度也越来越高,汽车喷漆方面的要求也在日益提升。然而,由于受到技术水平的限制,在汽车喷漆的过程中,漆膜缺陷问题仍然具有比较明显地影响。因此,如何在汽车喷漆中对漆膜缺陷予以有效地处理已经成为被广泛关注的内容。本文简要阐述汽车喷漆中失光、磨痕、缩膜缺陷产生的原因以及如何针对这些缺陷进行合理地处理,以期提升漆膜缺陷处理水平。As people pay more and more attention to automobile maintenance technology,the requirements for automobile painting are also increasing.However,due to the limitation of technical level,the problem of paint fi lm defects still has a relatively obvious impact in the process of automobile painting.Therefore,how to eff ectively deal with paint fi lm defects in automobile painting has become a content of widespread concern.This article briefl y describes the causes of loss of gloss,wear marks,and shrinkage fi lm defects in automobile spray paint and how to deal with these defects reasonably to improve the level of paint fi lm defect treatment.
