摘 要:近年来汽车的NVH问题已经是用户抱怨的主要问题之一,而发动机前端附件系统对整车NVH性能的影响比较大。本文从皮带刚度对NVH的影响、支架模态对NVH的影响、发动机前端附件的隔振措施、各附件带轮对齐度对NVH的影响、发动机前端附件系统子零件的公差对NVH的影响、发动机前端附件系统参数衰减对NVH的影响等方面做了相关的研究与分析。In recent years,the NVH problem of automobiles has been one of the main complaints from users,and the front-end accessory system of the engine has a relatively large impact on the NVH performance of the vehicle.This article discusses the impact of belt stiff ness on NVH,the impact of bracket mode on NVH,the vibration isolation measures of engine front-end accessories,the impact of the alignment of each accessory pulley on NVH,and the impact of the tolerances of the engine front-end accessory system sub-parts on NVH,and the article also studies the engine related impact of front-end accessory system parameter attenuation on NVH and other aspects.
