摘 要:汽车产业尤其是电动汽车等新能源产业迅猛发展,汽车按行业的发展势必带来其配套零配件如汽车继电器等需求的大量增长。汽车继电器是汽车中配电系统、控制系统中完成指令执行、保护、切换等功能的关键元器件。而继电器触点间由于接触电阻在电流作用下产生焦耳热导致触点间发生熔焊造成触点粘接无法完成吸和、分离动作而失效,触点间熔焊是制约继电器产品向高品质、高质量、长寿命、安全可靠发展的瓶颈。触点间熔焊形成机理较为复杂,其关键影响因素为触点间接触电阻在电流的作用下所产生的焦耳热融化触点金属,因而接触电阻的形成机理及变化是探究触点粘结机理的关键、是改善继电器质量提升使用寿命的攻坚环节。而影响汽车继电器触点接触电阻变化因素较多,各个因素之间又存在相互的影响及关联。对继电器接触电阻变化的影响因素进行重点分析揭示影响因素之间的关联关系。The automobile industry,especially the new energy industry such as electric vehicles,is developing rapidly.The development of the automobile industry will inevitably bring about a large increase in the demand for its supporting parts such as automotive relays.Automotive relays are key components that complete command execution,protection,and switching functions in power distribution systems and control systems in automobiles.However,due to the Joule heat generated by the contact resistance between the contacts of the relay under the action of the current,the welding between the contacts causes the contact bonding to fail to complete the suction and separation action.The welding between the contacts restricts the quality of the relay products,the bottleneck of high-quality,and long-life,safe and reliable development.The formation mechanism of fusion welding between contacts is more complicated.The key infl uencing factor is that the Joule heat generated by the contact resistance between contacts melts the contact metal under the action of current.Therefore,the formation mechanism and change of contact resistance is to explore the mechanism of contact bonding.The key is to improve the quality and service life of the relay.However,there are many factors that aff ect the contact resistance of automobile relay contacts,and there are mutual infl uences and correlations between various factors.The key analysis of the infl uencing factors of relay contact resistance changes reveals the correlation between the infl uencing factors.
