摘  要:人才、技术、服务作为我国汽车维修市场发展的影响关键要素,关乎小到个人职业发展、企业自主创新,大到行业的可持续健康发展。因此,业内人员应针对目前存在的发展问题进行深度的思考,并以此为着力点,制定切实可行的应对之策。即增强汽车维修市场管理人才的培训效能、合理引入与应用最新的汽车维修技术与手段、构建符合现代社会发展趋势的汽车维修服务管理体系,以保证我国汽车维修市场竞争优势与核心竞争力获得全面提升。Skilled workers,technology,and service are the key factors that infl uence the development of China's automobile maintenance market,which are related to personal career development,independent innovation of enterprises,and sustainable and healthy development of the industry.Therefore,people in the industry should think deeply about the current development problems,and use this as a focal point to formulate practical and feasible countermeasures.That is to enhance the training effi ciency of management talents in the auto repair market,rationally introduce and apply the latest auto repair technology and methods,and build an auto repair service management system that conforms to the development trend of modern society to ensure that the competitive advantage and core competitiveness of China's auto repair market are comprehensively promoted.
