摘　　要：备品备件是设备检修的主要物质基础,是保证设备正常运行的关健,同时备品备件占用资金的减少,也是企业盘活资金、降低成本的重要手段,所以备品备件管理是企业现代化管理的一项重要内容。本文就零库存模式在矿山运输企业汽车备件库存中的应用进行了有益探索,为关注这一类话题的人们提供思考。Spare parts are the main material basis of equipment maintenance and the key to ensure the normal operation of equipment.At the same time,the reduction of funds occupied by spare parts is also an important means for enterprises to revitalize funds and reduce costs.Therefore,spare parts management is an important part of modern management of enterprises.This paper explores the application of"zero inventory"mode in the spare parts inventory of mining transportation enterprises,and provides some thoughts for people who pay attention to this kind of topic.
