国产三维标测系统治疗阵发性室上速有效性、安全性及手术费用的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨国产三维标测系统治疗阵发性室上性心动过速应用价值。方法选择阵发性室上性心动过速行射频消融术患者300例,按照手术方式分为传统二维组、进口三维组与国产三维组各100例,分别采用X射线、进口三维标测系统和国产三维标测系统标测后进行射频消融术。比较三组的有效性和安全性、手术时间、曝光时间、手术成功率、复发率以及手术费用。结果三组患者术中术后并发症风险发生率、手术成功率、手术时间、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。国产三维组和进口三维组的X射线曝光剂量、放电时间均优于传统X射线组;进口三维组费用高于国产三维组,国产三维组高于传统二维组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国产三维系统相对于传统二维组可减少X射线曝光量和放电时间,且手术费用低于进口三维组,未来将广泛用于阵发性室上性心动过速患者的治疗。Objective To evaluate the application value of domestic three-dimensional mapping system in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods Three hundred patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were selected.The patients were randomly divided into traditional two-dimensional group,imported three-dimensional group and domestic three-dimensional group,100 in each group.Radiofrequency ablation was performed after mapping by X-ray,imported 3D mapping system and domestic 3D mapping system,respectively.The efficacy and safety,operation time,exposure time,risk of complications,success rate,recurrence rate and cost-effectiveness ratio of operation were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,success rate,operation time and recurrence rate among the three groups(P>0.05).In terms of X-ray exposure dose and discharge time,the domestic three-dimensional group and the imported three-dimensional group were superior to the traditional X-ray group.The cost of imported three-dimensional group was higher than that of domestic three-dimensional group(P<0.05),and the cost of domestic three-dimensional group was higher than that of traditional two-dimensional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional two-dimensional group,the domestic three-dimensional system can reduce the X-ray exposure and discharge time,and the operation cost is lower than that of the imported three-dimensional group.It will be widely used in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in the future.
