摘　　要：目的探讨点阵二氧化碳(carbon dioxide, CO2)激光在小阴唇缩小术中的应用、临床效果和安全性。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月在郑州大学第三附属医院因双侧小阴唇肥大行双侧小阴唇缩小术的32例患者,均采用楔形切除法,按照随机表法分为激光组15例和冷刀组17例,比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合情况及手术满意度,并采用女性性功能指数量表评估患者的性生活情况。结果激光组术中出血量较冷刀组明显减少(P <0.05),激光组手术时间较冷刀组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术前术后在性欲望、性唤醒、性高潮频率及性交痛方面表现无差异(P>0.05),但术后性生活湿润度及满意度评分较术前均提高(P <0.05)。两组患者恢复良好,并对术后小阴唇的外观及功能满意,均未出现感染及切口愈合不良。结论点阵CO2激光用于小阴唇肥大手术安全有效,小阴唇外形改善,术后性生活质量有所提升。Objective To investigate the application and clinical effect of fractional carbon dioxide(CO2)laser in labia minora reduction. Methods A total of 32 patients with minor labia hypertrophy who underwent the labia minora reduction in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected. Wedge-shaped resection method was selected, and according to the random table method, 15 cases in the laser group and 17 cases in the cold knife group were divided. The wound healing status and surgical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The female sexual function index scale was used to evaluate the sexual life of the patients. Results The average intraoperative blood loss in the laser group was significantly reduced compared with that in the cold knife group(P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P > 0.05). There was no difference in sexual desire, arousal, orgasm frequency and pain during intercourse between the two groups before and after surgery, but the score of postoperative sexual moisture and satisfaction was higher than before(P < 0.05). Both groups recovered well and were satisfied with the appearance and function of the labia minora after the operation. There was no infection or poor wound healing. Conclusions Fractional CO2 laser is a safe and effective surgical method to treat labia minora hypertrophy. The patient was satisfied with the appearance improvement of labia minora and the postoperative sexual life quality was improved.
