摘  要:为解决传统活塞顶部防护技术存在的操作复杂、成本较高和可维修性较差的问题,探索利用微弧氧化技术在铸造铝合金(ZL109)试样表面制备热障陶瓷层,以抵抗活塞顶部受到的热冲击和高温腐蚀.在前期研究工作基础上,重点研究电源频率、占空比和反应时间对热障陶瓷层制备的影响.实验表明:在电源频率为400 Hz、占空比为40%、反应时间为20 min条件下,所制备得到的陶瓷层表面较平整,孔隙缺陷少,膜层致密性较好.研究结果表明,微弧氧化技术在活塞顶部表面防护领域具有较好的应用前景.In order to solve the problems of complex operation,high cost and poor maintainability of traditional piston top protection technology,the thermal barrier ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of cast aluminum alloy(ZL109)by micro arc oxidation technology to resist the thermal shock and high temperature corrosion of piston top.Based on the previous work,the effects of power frequency,duty cycle and reaction time on the preparation of thermal barrier ceramic coating were studied.Experiments show that the surface of the ceramic coating is smoother,the pore defects are rare,and the film is dense under the conditions of 400 Hz power frequency,40%duty cycle and 20 min reaction time.The results show that micro arc oxidation technology has a good application prospect in the field of piston top surface protection.
