摘 要:为研究叶片包角对双蜗壳离心泵水力特性的影响,用数值模拟的方法研究了ZHA235-250-400型双蜗壳离心泵在不同包角下外特性、内流场及蜗壳内压力脉动,然后进行了离心泵水力性能实验.结果表明:随着叶片包角的变化,双蜗壳离心泵内部压力变化较大,当包角为130°时压力分布对称性较好,可有效平衡径向力;包角的增大会减小相对液流角,使双蜗壳离心泵的扬程和效率下降;蜗壳内部压力脉动主频是叶频及其倍频,叶片包角影响蜗壳内压力脉动,隔板起始端和隔舌是蜗壳频率脉动源的主要部分;当叶片包角为130°时,各监测点处的压力脉动幅值最低,动静干涉影响最小.In order to investigate the influence of wrap angle of impeller on hydraulic characteristics of double volute centrifugal pump,the numerical simulation and experimental methods were combined to analyze the ZHA235-250-400 double volute centrifugal pump.Based on the SST k-ω turbulence model,the internal flow field characteristics,external characteristic and internal pressure pulsation of volute with different wrap angles were solved.The results show that the internal pressure of the double-volute centrifugal pump changes greatly with the change of wrap angle.When the wrap angle is 130°,the pressure distribution is better,which can effectively balance the radial force.Increasing the wrap angle will reduce the relative flow angle,which will reduce the head and efficiency of the double volute centrifugal pump.The main frequency of the pressure pulsation in the volute is the blade passing frequency and its multiples.The wrap angle affects the pressure pulsation in the volute.The start of the diaphragm and the tongue are the main parts of the pulsation frequency source.When the wrap angle is 130°,the amplitude of pressure pulsation at each monitoring point reaches the lowest,and the effect of dynamic and static interference is minimized.
