摘  要:采用微电解—芬顿—AAO—臭氧催化氧化—活性炭吸附工艺处理化工园区综合废水,处理进水为化工企业处理后排放到园区污水处理厂的综合废水,通过对中试主体工艺的选择,关键流程和参数的选定,并就稳定运行效果进行了阐述。经过该工艺处理后,最终出水的COD、BOD_5、氨氮、总氮、总磷的去除分别为92.26%、48%、94.93%、72.69%、77.6%,浓度分别为23.9 mg/L、6.5mg/L、1.54mg/L、11.8mg/L、0.28mg/L,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物综合排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A的标准要求,满足污水处理厂的排放标准,该流程的运行费用为每吨水5.83元。Microelectrolysis-Fenton-AAO-ozone-catalytic-oxidation-activated carbon adsorption is used to treat the comprehensive wastewater of the chemical industry park,and the treated water is the comprehensive wastewater discharged to the wastewater treatment plant of the park after being treated by the chemical enterprise.Through the selection of the main process of the pilot test,the selection of the key process and parameters,and the stable operation effect elaboration.After the treatment,the removal of COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus is 92.26%、48%、94.93%、72.69%and 77.6%,respectively,and the concentrations are 23.9 mg/L,6.5 mg/L,1.54 mg/L,11.8 mg/L,0.28 mg/L,the effluent water quality meets the standard requirements of class A in the Integrated discharge standard for pollutants of urban wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002),and meets the discharge standard of sewage treatment plant,and the operation cost of the process is yuan 5.83 yuan/m3 water.
