鼻内镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术在同期治疗鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术在同期治疗鼻骨骨折及鼻中隔偏曲中的临床应用。方法选取我院收治的64例鼻骨骨折及鼻中隔偏曲患者,随机分为鼻内镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术的研究组和传统鼻内镜鼻中隔成形术为对照组,记录术中情况,手术时间,观察术后6个月治疗的有效率及并发症的发生率情况,并对其进行统计学分析。结果鼻内镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术治疗的总有效率和对照组患者差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);鼻内镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术手术时间明显低于对照组患者(P<0.01);其并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下偏曲前入路鼻中隔减张术在同期手术治疗鼻骨骨折和鼻中隔偏曲中并发症少、手术时间短、创伤小、愈合快,在临床上有其应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of nasal septum modified tension reduction via anterior deviation reduction under nasal endoscope in the treatment of nasal bone fracture and deviation of nasal septum at the same time.Methods 64 patients with nasal bone fracture and nasal septum deviation were randomly divided into two groups:the study group underwent nasal septum modified tension reduction via anterior deviation under nasal endoscope,the control group of traditional nasal endoscope septum plasty.The intraoperative situation,operation time,the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of complications after 6 months were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups (P>0.05);the operation time of the group underwent nasal septum modified tension reduction via anterior deviation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01);and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The approach of nasal septum modified tension reduction via anterior deviation has less complications,shorter operation time,less trauma and faster healing in the treatment of nasal bone fracture and nasal septum deviation.
