摘　　要：目的明确等离子多平面微创手术对合并OSAHS的高血压、肥胖、糖尿病患者的治疗效果,以求改善这类患者的代谢相关指标。方法收集2017.1.1-2017.12.31于我院行等离子多平面微创手术的成年OSAHS患者,2年后进行随访,以AHI降低幅度≥50%为标准剔除OSAHS治疗无效的患者,共103例患者纳入研究。其中术前高血压患者54例,肥胖患者71例,糖尿病患者15例,部分患者同时患有上述两种或三种疾病。复测这些患者的血压、血糖、体重。应用 SPSS22.0进行分析,计量资料符合正态分布用均数±标准差(■±s)表示,均数比较采用配对样本t检验,以 P<0.05 认为差异有统计学意义。结果高血压患者舒张压较术前比较差异有统计学意义,收缩压较术前比较差异无统计学意义;肥胖患者体重较术前比较差异有统计学意义;糖尿病患者血糖较术前比较差异无统计学意义。结论等离子多平面微创手术对合并OSAHS的高血压、肥胖患者有良好的治疗效果,有助于降低高血压患者的舒张压水平和肥胖患者的体重。Objective To analyze the effective of plasma multiplanar minimally invasive surgery on patients with hypertension,obesity and diabetes mellitus complicated with OSAHS,to improve the patients metabolism-related index.Methods Collect plasma multiplanar minimally invasive surgery patients 2017.1.1-2017.12.31 in our department,the AHI reduction of ≥50% is taken as the standard to exclude patients who have failed to respond to treatment.A total of 103 patients were included in the study.Among them,there were 54 cases of preoperative hypertension,71 cases of obese patients,and 15 cases of diabetes.Some patients had two or three of the above diseases at the same time.Retested there blood pressure,blood sugar and body weight.SPSS22.0 was used for analysis,and the measurement data consistent with normal distribution were expressed as mean±standard deviation (■±s),and the mean comparison was performed by paired sample T-test,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results Diastolic blood pressure was statistically significant compared with that before surgery.Systolic blood pressure was not statistically significant compared with that before surgery.Weight of obese people was statistically significant compared with that before surgery.Blood sugar in diabetics was not statistically significant compared with that before surgery.Conclusions The plasma multiplanar minimally invasive surgery has effect on patients with hypertension and obesity complicated with OSAHS,is useful to lower diastolic blood pressure levels in hypertensive patients and weight in obese patients.
