摘　　要：目的评价布地奈德混悬液联合抗生素治疗小儿急性中耳炎的效果。方法选取2019年4月~2020年8月我院就诊的急性中耳炎患儿66例进行研究,按照随机双盲法分组,每组各33例,对照组行抗生素治疗,观察组接受抗生素联合布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察比较两组患儿的临床症状及不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿的临床症状积分和用药后的不良反应概率显著比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗生素治疗小儿急性中耳炎中联合布地奈德混悬液的药用价值突出,对缓解患儿的疾病症状具有显著作用,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the effect of budesonide suspension combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute otitis media in children.Methods A total of 66 children with acute otitis media who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected for the study.They were grouped according to a randomized double-blind method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received antibiotic treatment,and the observation group received antibiotics combined with budesonide.Suspension treatment,observe and compare the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups of children.Results The scores of clinical symptoms and the probability of adverse reactions of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Antibiotics combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with acute otitis media has outstanding medicinal value.It has a significant effect on alleviating the symptoms of children with diseases and is worthy of clinical adoption.
