摘　　要：目的分析慢性化脓性鼻窦炎/霉菌性鼻窦炎应用CT诊断鉴别效果与应用价值。方法本次研究中以我院2018年4月-2020年5月之间接诊的50例慢性化脓性鼻窦炎(观察组)、50例霉菌性鼻窦炎(对照组)为研究对象,患者均实施CT检查,跟访到临床诊断结果,分析对应的CT诊断资料。结果观察组主要累及双侧多鼻窦,而对照组主要是累及上颌窦、筛窦;对照组患者存在明显的钙化病灶,观察组无钙化病灶;观察组鼻窦骨质硬化与增厚者少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性化脓性鼻窦炎、霉菌性鼻窦炎在病变范围,病变密度,窦壁骨质受累情况方面有所不同,通过CT检查可作为两者鉴别诊断的重要依据,有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect and application value of CT in diagnosis of chronic suppurative sinusitis and fungal sinusitis.Methods In this study,50 cases of chronic suppurative sinusitis (observation group) and 50 cases of fungal sinusitis (control group) received in our hospital between April 2018 and May 2020 were the subjects of study.Perform CT examination,follow up the clinical diagnosis results,and analyze the corresponding CT diagnosis data.Results The observation group mainly involved bilateral multiple sinuses,while the control group mainly involved the maxillary sinus and ethmoid sinus;patients in the control group had obvious calcification foci,while the observation group had no calcification foci;the observation group had less bone sclerosis and thickening In the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic suppurative sinusitis and fungal sinusitis are different in lesion range,lesion density,and sinus wall bone involvement.CT examination can be used as an important basis for the differential diagnosis of the two and has important application value.
