对比2%碳酸氢钠溶液和复方氯己定含漱液分别联合氟康唑治疗口腔念珠菌病的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析口腔念珠菌病患者接受2%碳酸氢钠溶液和复方氯己定含漱液分别联合氟康唑治疗的效果。方法将2019年6月~2020年10月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊的78例口腔念珠菌病患者,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(行复方氯己定含漱液+氟康唑治疗,纳入39例)、研究组(行2%碳酸氢钠溶液+氟康唑治疗,纳入39例),对组间治疗效果展开分析。结果治疗2周后,研究组2例无效,整体疗效为94.87%,对照组9例无效,整体疗效为76.92%,组间总有效率存在差异,(P<0.05)。结论 2%碳酸氢钠溶液+氟康唑对于改善口腔念珠菌病患者烧灼不适、口干等症状有较好效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of 2% sodium bicarbonate solution and compound chlorhexidine gargle combined with fluconazole in patients with oral candidiasis.Methods The period from June 2019 to October 2020 was used as the research time period.78 patients with oral candidiasis admitted to our hospital during the period were selected.The random number table was used as the basis for grouping,and all cases were divided into control groups (Combined chlorhexidine gargle + fluconazole treatment,39 cases were included),the study group (2% sodium bicarbonate solution + fluconazole treatment,39 cases were included),and the treatment effect between the groups was analyzed.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,2 cases in the study group were ineffective,and the overall curative effect was 94.87%,while 9 cases in the control group were ineffective,and the overall curative effect was 76.92%.There was a difference in the total effective rate between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion 2% sodium bicarbonate solution + fluconazole has a good effect on improving the symptoms of oral candidiasis,such as burning discomfort and dry mouth,and it is worthy of promotion.
