耳内镜下复方酮康唑联合雷火灸治疗霉菌性外耳道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳内镜下检查、清理耳道后用复方酮康唑软膏外用并配合雷火灸治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的治疗效果。方法 80例随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用耳内镜检查清理耳道,外用复方酮康唑软膏。实验组在对照组基础上加雷火灸于耳道口熏灸治疗。结果总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下检查、清理耳道后涂抹复方酮康唑软膏并配合雷火灸法治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的效果优于单用复方酮康唑软膏。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound ketoconazole ointment combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of mycotic otitis externa after endoscopic examination and cleaning.Methods 80 cases of mycotic otitis externa were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopy and compound ketoconazole ointment.The experimental group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying compound ketoconazole ointment combined with thunder fire moxibustion on mycotic otitis externa after examination and cleaning under endoscope is better than that without thunder fire moxibustion.
