摘　　要：目的评价鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月在我院耳鼻喉科就诊的196例慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎,运用随机数字表法将其均分成实验组与对照组,各组纳入98例。对照组采用传统手术,实验组采用鼻内窥镜手术,对手术情况实施分析。结果实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);实验组并发症率显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜手术治疗的效果显著优于传统手术,可提高治疗效果,且并发症率较低,安全性与效果均值的认可,可在慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的临床治疗中进行推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.Methods Selected 196 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis in our hospital’s otolaryngology department from July 2018 to July 2019,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method.Each group included 98 cases.The control group used traditional surgery,and the experimental group used nasal endoscopic surgery to analyze the operation situation.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis is significantly better than that of traditional surgery,which can improve the therapeutic effect,and has a lower complication rate.The safety and effect are recognized in the clinical practice of chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.Promotion during treatment.
