糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于小儿鼻窦炎治疗

摘　　要：目的观察小儿鼻窦炎治疗中使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的疗效。方法选取2019年8月~2020年8月35例鼻窦炎患儿,按疗法分组,A组17例常规治疗,B组18例进行糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察疗效、治疗安全性。结果疗效比较,B组[94.44%(17/18)]优于A组[76.47%(13/17)](P<0.05);不良反应比较,B组[5.56%(1/18)]与A组[5.88%(1/17)]无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂进行鼻窦炎患儿治疗,用药较为安全,疗效较为良好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray on children with sinusitis.Methods A total of 35 pediatric patients with sinusitis admitted from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods:17 patients in group A received conventional treatment and 18 patients in group B were treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results The comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed that group B[94.44% (17/18)]was higher than group A[76.47% (13/17)](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between group B[5.56% (1/18)]and group A[5.88% (1/17)](P>0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray is safe and effective in the treatment of children with sinusitis.
