摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻腔定植菌的筛查情况和耐药性。方法选择2019年2月至2020年6月期间本院收治的15例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为观察组,并在同一时间段募集15例正常成人志愿者作为对照组。采用末端限制性片段长度多态性(Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism,T-RFLP)技术对DNA样本进行分析,并进行药物敏感性试验,观察其患者致病菌的种类、数量差异及耐药情况。结果观察组金黄色葡萄球菌(53.33%)、肺炎链球菌(33.33%)和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(33.33%)鼻腔定植检出率显著高于对照组(6.67%、6.67%、0)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者鼻腔定植菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主,与正常人群存在较大差异,且耐药率较高,可为临床防治提供一定参考资料。Objective To investigate the screening and drug resistance of colonized bacteria in nasal cavity of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 15 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 15 normal adult volunteers were recruited as the control group.The DNA samples were analyzed by terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP),and drug sensitivity test was conducted to observe the species,quantity and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.Results The detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus (53.33%),Streptococcus pneumoniae (33.33%) and coagulase negative staphylococcus (33.33%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (6.67%,6.67%,0),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumoniae and coagulase negative Staphylococcus are the main colonization bacteria in the nasal cavity of patients,which is different from that of normal people,and the drug resistance rate is high,which can provide certain reference for clinical prevention and treatment.
