探讨低温等离子射频治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价低温等离子射频治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果。方法选取于2019年4月~2020年7月来我院耳鼻喉科就诊的变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者80例为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分组,对照组接受药物治疗,观察组接受低温等离子射频消融术治疗,每组各40例,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕症状计分显著低于对照组,统计结果P<0.05。结论治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲采取低温等离子射频消融治疗的临床效果显著,值得广泛推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radio frequency in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis combined with nasal septum deviation who visited the otolaryngology department of our hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the double-blind method.The control group received drug treatment,while the observation group received low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,with 40 patients in each group.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,the score of nasal congestion,nasal itching and runny nose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the statistical result was P<0.05.Conclusion Low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation is effective in treating allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation.
