支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床治疗观察

摘　　要：目的观察支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床治疗情况。方法选取我院支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者58例(2019年1月至2020年6月),随机分为布地奈德治疗的对照组(29例)与联合孟鲁司特钠疗的观察组(29例),观察患者哮喘症状评分、过敏性鼻炎评分、炎症因子水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组哮喘及过敏性鼻炎评分低,IL-6、TNF-α水平低,P<0.05。结论支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎临床治疗中,布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠能促进患者病情改善,减轻炎症反应,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 58 patients with bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis (from January 2019 to June 2020) in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (29 cases) treated with Budesonide and the observation group (29 cases) treated with sodium monilutest,to observe the asthma symptom score,allergic rhinitis score and inflammatory factor level of the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of asthma and allergic rhinitis in the observation group were lower,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis,budesonide combined with montelulast sodium can promote the improvement of patients’ condition and reduce the inflammatory response,which is worthy of reference.
