摘  要:目的比较不同麻醉方法应用于鼻内镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取2019年12月~2020年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的48例鼻内镜手术患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=24例)和观察组(n=24例)。手术期间,观察组采用异丙酚/瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉,对照组采用七氟烷吸入全身麻醉。记录两组患者的Ramsay镇静评分、平均手术时间、苏醒时间和拔管时间,并比较其不良反应发生例数。结果与对照组比较,观察组的Ramsay镇静评分相对较高(P<0.05),苏醒时间相对较短(P<0.05),不良反应发生率相对较低(P<0.05)。结论与七氟烷吸入麻醉相比,异丙酚/瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉在鼻内镜手术患者中的应用更加有效,值得继续推广或应用。Objective To compare the anesthesia effects of different anesthesia methods used in endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 48 patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery who visited the department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (n=24) and observation group (n=24) by random number table method.During the operation,the observation group received intravenous anesthesia with propofol/remifentanil,and the control group received general anesthesia with sevoflurane inhalation.The Ramsay sedation score,average operation time,recovery time and extubation time of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the number of adverse reactions was compared.Compared with the control group,the Ramsay sedation score of the observation group was relatively high (P<0.05),the recovery time was relatively short (P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was relatively low (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,propofol/remifentanil intravenous anesthesia is more effective in patients with endoscopic sinus surgery,and it is worthy of continued promotion or application.
