摘　　要：报道一例儿童鼻骨骨囊肿切除术后外鼻畸形,内眦肌韧带断裂,即刻用钛板钛钉修复外鼻畸形、固定内眦肌韧带。术后外鼻、内眦形态改善,术后随访3月效果稳定。A case was reported about a child with external nasal deformity and inner canthal ligament fracture after excision of nasal bonecyst,which was repaired immediately with titanium plates and nails.The morphology of the external nasal and inner canthus was improved after surgery,and was stable after 3 months’ follow up.
