围术期优质护理在小儿扁桃体炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的对小儿扁桃体炎护理中采取围术期优质护理后的应用效果展开分析。方法本次研究以我院2019年1月—2020年1月期间收治的200例扁桃体炎患儿作为研究对象,按照护理性质随机分组,结果研究组内患儿的各项临床体征改善时间均短于对照组;研究组患儿SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组;研究组内患儿并发症总发生率(3%)低于对照组(10%),差异显著,P<0.05.结论对小儿扁桃体炎护理中采取围术期优质护理后能够有效缩短症状改善时间,预防并发症并改善患儿情绪状态。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative quality nursing in the nursing of children with tonsillitis.Methods 200 cases of tonsillitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly grouped according to the nature of nursing.Results The improvement time of clinical signs in the study group was shorter than that in the control group.The total incidence of complications (3%) in the study group was lower than that in the control group (10%),P<0.05.Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing can effectively shorten the time of symptom improvement,prevent complications and improve the emotional state of children.
