延续性护理在中晚期喉癌患者诱导化疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在中晚期喉癌患者诱导化疗中的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的76例中晚期喉癌化疗患者为研究对象,根据治疗过程中护理方案的差异分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上同时联合延续性护理方案,比较两组患者治疗后护理满意度和生活质量。结果治疗后观察组护理技术、基础护理、护理服务3项护理指标评分均显著高于对照组,同时躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理方案应用于中晚期喉癌患者诱导化疗中,能够明显改善患者护理满意度,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing in induction chemotherapy for patients with advanced laryngeal cancer.Methods The 76 patients with advanced laryngeal cancer chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference in nursing plan during treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group,control The group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was combined with a continuous nursing program based on the treatment of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the three nursing index scores of nursing technique,basic nursing,and nursing service in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.At the same time,the scores of physical function,emotional function,role function,social function,and cognition were significantly higher than those of the control group.There is statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing program in induction chemotherapy for patients with advanced laryngeal cancer can significantly improve patients’ satisfaction with care and improve their quality of life.
