个性化护理在耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术中的应用价值及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的分析耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术中实施个性化护理的价值及满意度。方法将2019年5月~2020年8月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊且行耳鼻喉全身麻醉手术的76例患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组38例,对照组提供常规护理,研究组提供个性化护理,对组间家长满意度展开分析。结果研究组2例不满意,对照组9例不满意,组间家长满意度有显著差异,P<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术中实施个性化护理能够提高患儿及其家长满意程度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value and satisfaction of individualized nursing during general anesthesia surgery in children with ENT.Methods The period from May 2019 to August 2020 was used as the research time period.During the period,76 children received in our hospital and underwent general ENT anesthesia were selected.The random number table was used as the basis for grouping,and all cases were divided into In the control group(providing routine care,38 cases were included),the study group(providing personalized care,including 38 cases),the satisfaction of parents between the groups was analyzed.Results 2 cases in the study group were dissatisfied,and 9 cases in the control group were dissatisfied.There were significant differences in parental satisfaction between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of personalized care during general anesthesia operations in children with ENT can improve the satisfaction of the children and their parents,and it is worthy of promotion.
