摘 要:为探究低压缸喷水减温对汽轮机末级动叶气动性能和强度性能的影响,用欧拉-拉格朗日质子追踪法计算喷水减温条件下末级动叶的气动性能,继而应用流固耦合方法计算喷水减温条件下末级动叶的强度性能。结果表明:低压缸喷水减温使末级动叶的压力系数增加,使叶根尾缘吸力面的压力载荷显著增加。同时,喷水减温使末级消耗的轴功减小,使叶片最高温度降低3~9℃。叶片最大变形量位于叶片前缘80%相对叶高处,最大等效应力位于叶顶吸力面60%~80%相对弦长处。入口蒸汽流量减少,最大变形量与最大等效应力均增加。入口蒸汽流量为20%~5%末级入口额定蒸汽流量(rated steam flow at the last stage inlet,LRSF)时,喷水减温使最大变形量减小0.47%~7.08%,使吸力面上的最大等效应力减小1.77%~2.94%,使压力面上的最大等效应力减小1.13%~2.65%。In order to explore the effect of water spray in exhaust passage of steam turbine on the aerodynamic and strength performance of the last stage rotor blade,the Euler-Lagrange particle tracking method was used to study the heat and mass transfer of water spray.The aerodynamic performance of the rotor blade under the water spray condition was obtained,and then the strength of the rotor blade was calculated by the method of fluid-structure interaction.The results show that the pressure coefficient of the rotor blade increases because of the water spray,especially on the suction surface of the trailing edge at the blade root.Meanwhile,the dissipating shaft power by the rotor blade reduces and the maximum temperature of rotor blade reduces about 3~9℃by spraying water.The maximum deformation of the rotor blade is on the leading edge of the blade at 80%relative blade height(80%span),and the maximum equivalent stress is on the suction surface at 60%~80%relative chord length of the blade tip.With the decrease of inlet steam flow,the maximum deformation and the maximum equivalent stress increase.When the inlet steam flow is 20%~5%of the rated steam flow at the last stage inlet(20%~5%LRSF),the maximum deformation decreases 0.47%~7.08%,the maximum equivalent stress on the suction surface decreases 1.77%~2.94%,and the maximum equivalent stress on the pressure surface decreases 1.13%~2.65%.
