摘 要:恒转矩区间是有限转角力矩电机的重要设计参数,目前对于等极槽永磁式有限转角力矩电机而言,在设计之初难以确定。该文提出一种基于磁场解析模型的有限转角力矩电机恒转矩区间的计算方法,为该类电机优化设计提供技术基础。首先对等极槽有限转角电机模型进行简化,然后根据周期边界条件,构建1极1槽单元有限转角力矩电机磁场解析模型,并将计算得到的4极4槽和6极6槽电机的气隙磁场波形与有限元法进行对比,验证所构建模型的正确性。在此基础上,提出等极槽式有限转角力矩电机恒转矩区间的计算方法,并分析关键因素极槽数对恒转矩区间的影响。最后,利用有限元分析与实验测试验证所提出方法的正确性。Constant torque range(CTR)is an important design parameter for limited-angle torque motors(LATMs),which cannot be obtained for permanent magnet(PM)slotted LATM with the configuration of poles number equal to slots number in the preliminary design.This paper presented a calculation method based on magnetic field model for obtaining the CTR of this LATM type,which provided a technical basis for the LATM optimal design.This paper firstly simplified the slotted LATM model,and then established an analytical magnetic model of LATM with 1 pole-1 slot unit on the basis of periodic boundary condition.The air gap magnetic field waveforms of 4-pole 4-slot and 6-pole 6-slot motors calculated by the analytical model are compared with the finite element method to verify its correctness.Based on this,a CTR calculation method was proposed,and the effects of the number of poles and slots on the CTR were analyzed.Finally,the correctness of the proposed method was verified by the FEM and experiment.
