摘 要:为了解决多绕组交流旋转电机饱和电感的统一、快速、准确求解难题,从电感的基本定义出发,提出一种磁网络迭代法。在考虑铁心饱和与转子旋转的情况下,分析并建立动态磁网络模型,求解交流旋转电机在给定激励下的磁场分布,然后冻结该工况下定转子铁心各部分的磁导率,计算单位电流产生的绕组磁链,进而求得饱和电感,算法具有很好的统一性。在此基础上,以1台混联式笼型转子无刷双馈电机为例,利用该算法求解多套交流绕组的饱和电感,并将计算结果分别与有限元能量摄动法和样机实测数据进行对比。结果表明,磁网络迭代法在保证电感求解精度的前提下,比有限元能量摄动法具有更快的求解速度。To solve the problem of general,fast and accurate calculation of saturated inductance of multi-winding AC rotating machine,a magnetic network iterative method was proposed according to the basic definition of inductance.By considering the core saturation and the rotor movement,a dynamic magnetic network model was analyzed and built up to solve the magnetic field distribution of AC rotating machine under the given excitation.The permeabilities of stator core and rotor core at the operating state were frozen,the flux chaining the winding under the unit current was calculated and the saturated inductance was then obtained.The proposed algorithm has a good universality.Furthermore,a brushless doubly-fed machine with hybrid cage rotor was exampled to calculate the saturated multi-winding inductances and the results of which were compared with those of the finite element energy perturbation method and the prototype test data.The results show that the magnetic network iterative method is much faster than the finite element energy perturbation method on the premise of ensuring the accuracy.
