摘 要:针对目前现浇支架在设计验算时对横向预应力张拉引起的模架耦合现象考虑不够全面的问题,以一实际工程为例,参照规范进行了盘扣式满堂支撑架设计验算。在采用有限元模型对横向预应力张拉所引起的支架内力重分配现象进行分析的基础上,提出了考虑横向预应力张拉耦合效应的满堂支撑架简化计算方法,并与有限元分析结果进行了对比验证。结果表明,该简化计算方法具有计算思路清晰、计算精度高、适用性强等优点,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。In view of the insufficient consideration of the template-bracket coupling effect caused by transverse prestressing tensionin in the course of the design and calculation of cast-in-situ stents, a practical project is taken as an example, and the design and checking calculation of the ring lock full framing are carried out with reference to the codes. Upon the basis of analyzing the redistribution phenomena of the internal forces of the bracket caused by the transverse prestressing with the help of a finite element model, put forward in the present paper is a simplified calculation method for full space supports, with the coupling effect of the transverse prestressing taken into account. And the results are validated with the results of the finite element analyses. The results show that the simplified calculation method has the advantages of easy understanding, high calculation accuracy and strong applicability. It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
