摘 要:为解决交叉车站换乘节点施工过程中既有车站沉降超限问题,依托郑州4号线会展中心站下穿1号线暗挖段工程,通过数值模拟对比分析了两种新建结构的施工方案。在保证变形能够合理控制的情况下,结合经济投入,推荐在换乘节点两侧明挖结构施工过程中直接将部分新建结构与既有结构连成整体的施工方案,形成了以新、旧结构无缝连接的结构体系为基础、以暗挖段土体适当加固以及注、排同步技术为辅的既有地铁车站换乘节点暗挖段托举施工工法。实践表明,该工法不仅降低了开挖过程中既有结构沉降的风险,同时大大的节约了开挖土体超前加固及初期支护的施工成本,加快了施工进度,形成较好的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of the settlement overrun of an existing subway station in the course of the construction of the transfer node of the crossing station,and taking the undercut section of the Exhibition Centre Station of Line 4 of Zhengzhou Metro under-crossing Line One as the technical background,two construction schemes for the two structures to be built are compared with each other and analyzed by means of numerical simulation.Upon the basis of ensuring that the deformation could be rationally controlled and the economic input is also taken into account,it is recommended that the newly-built structure be linked to the existing structure so as to form an integral construction scheme for the two structures in the course of the conctruction of the opencut structures on both sides of the transfer node,upon the basis of the seamless connection of the two structural systems of which,and with properly consolidating the earth bodies of the undercut section,the slipcasting and draining synchronization technology as the assisting means,the lifting construction approach for the undercut section of the transfer node of an existing subway station is thus created.Practice shows that the construction approach mentioned here can not only reduce the risks of the settlement of the existing structures in process of excavation,but also help much save the construction costs for the advanced consolidation and initial support before cutting earth bodies.It is also found that the construction approach may help speed up the construction and achieve better economic benefits.
