摘　　要：以郑万高速铁路湖北段无砟轨道工程为依托,研发了自动分枕平台、新型嵌套式轨排、智能精调机等成套自动化和智能化施工设备,应用中取得了较好的效果,实现了轨排智能化组装、铺设、精调,成品道床板承轨槽数据自动化采集,扣件精准配置等,施工作业效率明显提高,数据实时可控并实时上传,提高了无砟轨道施工精度,减小了后期扣件更换率。施工质量和安全得到了有效控制,实现了从传统既费时又费力的人工施工方法向成套自动化设备智能化施工的根本转变,对类似工程有很好的借鉴意义。With the construction of the project of the ballastless track of the Hubei Section of the Zheng-Wan High-Speed Railway as the technical background,developed here is a complete set of automatic and intelligent construction equipment,such as the intelligent sub-pillow platform,a new type of nested rail rows,and an intelligent fine adjustment machine,all of which are applied to actual railway engineering construction,with good results achieved.The newly-developed equipment helps realize the intelligent assembling,automatic laying,the fine adjustment of rail rows,the automatic collection of data of the bearing track trough of the finished track bed slabs,and the accurate allocation of fastening parts,etc.The construction efficiency is obviously improved,and the data can be controlled and uploaded in real time,owing to which the construction precision of the ballastless track is much improved,so as to reduce the post-construction replacing rate of fasteners.Meanwhile,the construction quality and safety are effectively controlled,with the fundamental transformation from the traditional manual construction method of being time-consuming and laborious to the intelligent construction with complete sets of automatic equipment made true.The project talked about here may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
