摘  要:目的优选甘参复方的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法和单因素考察实验对甘参复方进行提取工艺考察,以丹酚酸B、甘草酸和浸膏得率为考察指标,采用多指标加权评分法优选出最佳提取工艺条件,并验证了工艺的有效性。结果甘参复方提取的最佳工艺为10倍量50%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h,提取温度为60℃。结论优化的提取工艺稳定可靠,为甘参复方的开发利用提供参考。Objective To optimize extraction process for Ganshen compound formula.Methods Orthogonal test and single factor investigation were conducted for extraction process of Ganshen compound formula.The concentration of salvianolic acid B,glycyrrhizic acid and the yield rate of extract were chosen as indexes.Multi-index comprehensive weighted score was used to selected and verify optimal extraction process.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:10 times of 50%ethanol,extract for 3 times,each time for 1.5 hours,and the temperature was 60℃.Conclusions The optimized extraction method is stable and reliable,it could provide reference for further development and utilization of the Ganshen compound formula.
