摘  要:针对输液泵、透析机、心衰超滤治疗设备等精密医用仪器管路气泡检测中的使用的传统超声波气泡传感器,提出了脉冲超声波加窗检测算法,增加了管路控制和通信功能,基于微控制器LPC1549设计了智能超声波气泡传感器。在心衰超滤治疗设备上运行测试,结果表明所设计的传感器具有气泡检测快速准确、管路控制稳定、通信及时、结构简单等优点,可推广至其他医疗仪器实现气泡检测。Aiming at the bubble detection of precise medical instruments such as infusion pump,dialysis machine and heart failure ultrafiltration treatment equipment,an intelligent ultrasonic bubble sensor based on microcontroller LPC1549 was designed in this paper.The traditional ultrasonic bubble sensor was improved in bubble detection method and sensor function.For the method of bubble detection,the pulse ultrasonic windowed measurement algorithm was put forward,and the corresponding hardware and software were designed.For the sensor function,the control of pipeline and communication with the main system of equipment were added.The intelligent ultrasonic bubble sensor had been tested on the heart failure ultrafiltration treatment equipment,the result shows that it has the advantages of fast and accurate bubble detection,stable pipeline control,timely communication and simple structure,which can be extended to other medical instruments for bubble detection.
