新时代学校武术教练员队伍建设的现实困惑与优化路径

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在新时代对学校武术教练员队伍建设进行审视与考量,未来学校武术教练员应做好队伍建设的顶层设计、加快研制和出台师资保障机制、加强武术教练员队伍的职后进修培训、提升武术教练员队伍的责任意识,从而推动学校武术健康、可持续发展,助力教育强国建设,以期实现教育强国梦。This study mainly uses the literature material method,logic analysis,in the new era of school wushu coaches team construction for review and consideration.Future school Wushu coaches should be at the top of team construction design,introduced to speed up the development and the teachers guarantee mechanism,strengthen the Wushu coaches post-career education training,to promote Wushu coaches responsibility consciousness,to promote health and sustainable development,school Wushu boost education power construction,in order to realize the education power.
