摘 要:为探索废弃烟秆改性后得到的烟秆碳化材料对刚果红的吸附性能,研究了pH、烟秆碳化材料投加量、反应时间和刚果红初始浓度对烟秆碳化材料吸附性能的影响,分析了吸附动力学和热力学以及烟秆碳化材料的形态特征。结果表明:①在刚果红初始浓度为200 mg/L时,烟秆碳化材料对刚果红的吸附量达82.12 mg/g;在烟秆碳化材料的投加量为2 g/L时,刚果红的去除率达82.1%。②经3次0.01 mol/L NaOH再生循环后,烟秆碳化材料对刚果红的吸附量仍可达到55.37 mg/g,说明烟秆碳化材料具有较好的再生性能。③经动力学分析发现,烟秆碳化材料对刚果红的吸附过程符合二级动力学模型。④经扫描电镜、XRD、FT-IR光谱仪测试,发现烟秆碳化材料的比表面的大幅增加、丰富的孔隙结构以及表面存在丰富的羟基和磺酸基是其具有较好吸附性能的主要原因。To study the adsorption of Congo red by carbonized materials obtained from waste tobacco stalks,the effects of pH,dosage of carbonized tobacco stalks,reaction time and initial concentration of Congo red on the adsorption parameters were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics as well as the morphological characteristics of carbonized tobacco stalks were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)When the initial concentration of Congo red was 200 mg/L,the adsorption capacity reached 82.12 mg/g;and the removal rate of Congo red was up to 82.1%at the carbonized tobacco stalk dosage of 2 g/L.(2)After three regeneration cycles using 0.01 mol/L NaOH,the regeneration properties of carbonized tobacco stalks still achieved the adsorption capacity of 55.37 mg/g to Congo red.(3)The kinetics results indicated that the adsorption process was consistent with the second-order kinetic model.(4)The results of SEM,XRD and FT-IR tests suggested that the increase of specific surface area,abundant microporous structure and abundant hydroxyl and sulfonic groups on the surface of carbonized tobacco stalks were the main reasons for their good adsorption performance.
