摘　　要：建设“新文科”是国家“四新”战略的重要组成部分。“新财经”是“新文科”建设的重要内容,也是高等财经教育发展适应新发展阶段的新增长点,更是高等财经教育立足“四个面向”、贡献“四个服务”的战略抉择。“新财经”教育是传统财经教育转型和创新相互交织并协调发展的成果,具有鲜明的社会主义核心价值导向和中国特色财经属性,同时具有技术与信息化、多学科交叉融合、明显的实践应用等时代特征。本文站在新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,立足新文科建设要求和时代趋势,从教育、经济、科技等多领域多维度多融合的视角,结合高等财经教育现状和趋势,在对“新财经”理解认识基础上,探索学科交叉融合机制,创新高水平“新财经”人才培养模式,完善质量导向的“新财经”评价体系等,以期对传统财经教育进行系统变革,构建“新财经”教育发展体系,引领新时代高等财经教育创新发展有一定参考价值。As an integral part of China’s strategy of Renewing the Four Fields of Study, the development of New Liberal Arts represents new growth point in facilitating finance and economics studies in higher education in the New Era and part of the efforts to serve the Chinese people, to improve the governance of the country and the Communist Party, to upgrade the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to forge ahead with reform and opening-up and socialist modernization. In addition, it is intended for the world’s cutting-edge science and technology, the economy and China’s major demand and people’s physical well-being. New Finance and Economics education is the result of the transformation and innovation of traditional finance and economics education based on socialist core values with Chinese characteristics. It also carries distinctive characteristics of the modern age, such as information technology and multidisciplinary integration. This article stands at the new stage of development, implements a new development approach based on the requirements of new liberal arts construction and the trend of the times. It proceeds from multi-dimensional and inclusive perspectives covering education, economy, technology and beyond, combining the realities and trends of higher education in finance and economics. Additionally, we are aiming at the exploration of interdisciplinary mechanism, the innovation of talent training model, and the improvement of quality-oriented appraisal system of new finance and economics. That is how we can transform traditional education methods and forge ahead with an educational system of New Finance and Economics, leading the innovation of this sector’s higher education in the new era.
