摘  要:大学治理主要关注大学组织决策权力的分配,相当于中国的“领导体制”概念。寻找一个良好的治理结构来确保组织的有效运行,是我国大学治理变革的出发点。政策变迁依赖制度逻辑,制度逻辑的核心是一套躯体共享的类比关系。从类比关系的角度看,我国大学治理变革主要围绕“大学即政府”与“大学即企业”两种隐喻进行。1949—1991年,大学实行政治治理模式,制度的合法性建立在大学即政府的隐喻之上;1992—2011年,大学探索法人治理模式,制度的合法性建立在大学即企业的隐喻之上;2012年至今,大学试图整合政治治理与法人治理两种模式,建立中国特色的现代大学制度。University governance was not originated from China but from western countries. University governance mainly focuses on the power distribution of decision-making in university organization, which is generally equivalent to leadership system in China. Seeking a good governance method to ensure effective performance of educational institutions is the goal of reform in the first place. Changing policies are subject to institutional logics, with shared analogical relations at its core. From the analogical perspective, the reforms have two major themes, namely, university as the government and university as the enterprise. Chinese universities carried out political governance model from 1949 to 1991, when universities were regarded as government. From 1992 to 2011, however, universities resorted to the corporate governance mode where universities were regulated as enterprise. Since the year of 2012, Chinese universities have been committed to the integration of the two models to establish a modern university governance system with Chinese characteristics.
