摘 要:单宁是一种重要的植物次级代谢多酚类产物,分为缩合单宁、水解单宁和复合单宁,广泛分布于植物界。单宁具有肠道收敛、抗炎、抗菌、抗寄生虫、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗癌等多种生物学功能。适量的单宁可有效提高畜禽生产性能,改善畜禽肠道微生物区系,增强机体抗氧化和抗应激能力。本文综述了单宁的结构分类和生物学功能以及在畜禽养殖上的应用研究进展,以期为单宁在我国无抗饲料中的应用提供参考。Tannins are important secondary polyphenolic products of plant metabolism,and can be divided into condensed tannin,hydrolyzed tannin,and compound tannin.It widely exists in plants.In recent years,tannins have been proved to have many biological functions,such as intestinal convergence,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-parasite,antiviral,anti-oxidation and anti-cancer.The growth performance and intestinal microbial ecosystem of livestock and poultry can be effectively improved by the proper application of tannins,which also enhance the ability of anti-oxidation and immune stress.In this paper,the structural classification and biological functions of tannins were reviewed,and the effects of tannins on livestock and poultry in recent years were summarized,in order to provide a basis for the scientific application of tannins in no-antibiotic feed in China.
