摘  要:本实验旨在探究辅酶Q_(10)对湖羊精液常温保存效果的影响。选取3只1~2岁的健康湖羊采集精液,在基础稀释液中添加0、5、50、250、500μmol/L的辅酶Q_(10),检测在20℃保存过程中的湖羊精子活力、活率、曲线速度、质膜完整率、顶体完整率和活性氧(ROS)含量等指标。结果表明:随着在常温保存稀释液中添加辅酶Q_(10)浓度的提升,其对精子的保护作用呈先上升后下降的趋势,当辅酶Q_(10)浓度为50μmol/L时,精子活力、质膜和顶体完整率显著提高,ROS含量显著降低。本实验条件下,在湖羊精液常温保存稀释液中添加50μmol/L辅酶Q_(10)能够提高湖羊精液常温保存效果。In order to explore the effect of coenzyme Q_(10)on the storage efficacy of Hu-sheep semen at room temperature,3 healthy Hu-sheep aged 1~2 years were selected for study.In this experiment,0,5,50,250 and 500μmol/L coenzyme Q_(10)were added into the basic diluent of Hu-sheep semen to detect such indicators as sperm motility,viability rate,curvilinear velocity,plasma membrane integrity rate,head integrity rate,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)content during the storage process at 20℃.The results showed that when coenzyme Q_(10)was added to the diluent stored at room temperature,its protective effect on sperm first increased and then decreased with the increase of the concentration.When the concentration was 50μmol/L,sperm motility,plasma membrane and acrosomal integrity rate could be significantly improved(P<0.05),and ROS content could be significantly reduced(P<0.05).Therefore,under the conditions of this experiment,adding 50μmol/L coenzyme Q_(10)to the room temperature storage diluent of Hu-sheep semen can improve the room temperature storage effect of Hu-sheep semen.
