育成期不同体重农大3号蛋鸡器官发育研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在比较育成期不同体重农大3号蛋鸡器官发育的差异,为农大3号蛋鸡标准体重的确定奠定基础。试验采用单因子设计,选用36只120日龄农大3号蛋鸡,根据体重分为6组,分别为(0.72±0.01)kg、(0.81±0.02)kg、(0.93±0.02)kg、(1.01±0.01)kg、(1.10±0.02)kg、(1.21±0.03)kg,每组6只,进行屠宰测定。结果表明:不同体重农大3号蛋鸡胸肌、腹脂、胰腺、卵巢、空肠、回肠、肝脏、心脏、肌胃、脾脏重量和胫骨长度均具有显著差异,并随体重增加呈线性增加;不同体重农大3号蛋鸡胸肌、腹脂、卵巢、十二指肠、心脏相对重量及胫骨和小肠各段相对长度均差异显著,胫骨和小肠各段相对长度及十二指肠、回肠、心脏、肌胃相对重量随体重增加均呈线性降低,但腹脂相对重量呈线性增加,卵巢和胸肌相对重量呈二次曲线变化;卵巢相对重量在平均体重为1 009 g时最大,胸肌相对重量在平均体重为977 g时最小。根据胸肌、卵巢发育状况可知,120日龄农大3号蛋鸡标准体重范围应为950~1 000 g。This study aimed to compare the organ weights(lengths)of Nongda No.3 laying hens with different body weights at pre-laying,to lay a foundation for the determination of standard bodyweight of Nongda No.3 laying hens.The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with a single factor consisting of six different bodyweights.A total of 36120-day-old Nongda No.3 laying hens were divided into six groups according to their body weight,which was(0.72±0.01,0.81±0.02,0.93±0.02,1.01±0.01,1.10±0.02,1.21±0.03)kg,respectively.At the end of the experiment,six birds per treatment were slaughter to collect tissue samples for further analyses.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the weight of the liver,pancreas,gizzard,jejunum,ileum,ovary,heart,spleen,breast muscle,abdominal fat,and tibia of Nongda No.3 layers with different body weights.It was increased linearly with increasing body weight.Bodyweight had a significant effect on the relative weight of duodenum,ovary,heart,breast muscle,abdominal fat,small intestine,and tibial length of Nongda No.3 layers.The percent of body weight of gizzard,duodenum,ileum,and heart,the relative length of the small intestine,and tibia all decreased linearly with the increasing body weight.However,the percent of body weight of abdominal fat increased linearly,and the relative weight of ovary and breast muscle showed a quadratic curve.The relative weight of the ovaries was the largest at an average weight of 1009 g,and the relative weight of the breast muscle was the smallest at an average weight of 977 g.According to the development of breast muscle and ovary,the standard weight range of 120-day-old Nongda No.3 laying hens should be 950~1000 g.
