摘  要:试验旨在研究树叶(柳树叶、槐树叶)、秸秆(水稻秸秆、玉米秸秆)及糟渣(葡萄渣和醋糟)3类粗饲料在绵羊瘤胃中的降解特性。选用3只带有永久性瘤胃瘘管的杜(♂)×寒(♀)杂交F1代成年阉羊,采用尼龙袋法测定6种粗饲料的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的瘤胃降解特性。结果表明:树叶类粗饲料的DM、NDF和ADF含量均低于秸秆类和糟渣类(P<0.05);柳树叶的CP含量高于其他5种粗饲料(P<0.05);树叶类粗饲料的各能量价值以及各个时间点CP、DM和NDF的降解率高于其他两类粗饲料(P<0.05),其中柳树叶的CP和NDF的有效降解率(ED_(CP)和ED_(NDF))最高,槐树叶的DM有效降解率(ED_(DM))最高。综上所述,树叶类粗饲料的营养价值较秸秆类和糟渣类更高。The objective of the experiment was to study the nutritional value and rumen degradation characteristics of leaves(willow leaves and sophora japonica leaves),straw(rice straw and corn straw)and dregs(grape pomace and vinegar residue)for sheep.Three F1 Dorper×thin-tailed Han ram sheep fitted with permanent rumen cannulas were selected.The nylon bag method was used to evaluate the rumen degradability of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and the routine nutrients and energy value were analyzed.The results showed as follows,the content of DM,NDF and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in leaf roughage was significantly lower than that of straw and dregs(P<0.05),and the CP content of willow leaves was significantly higher than that of other five kinds of roughage(P<0.05).The degradation rate of CP,DM and NDF at each time point and the energy value of leaf roughage were significantly higher than those of other two types of roughage(P<0.05),and among them,the CP effective degradability(ED_(CP))and the NDF effective degradability(ED_(NDF))of willow leaves were the highest,the DM effective degradability(ED_(DM))of sophora japonica leaves was the highest.In conclusion,the nutritional value of leaf roughage is higher than that of straw and dregs,and the feeding effect of willow leaves is the best.
