摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平灭活酵母培养物对育肥羔羊瘤胃发酵、瘤胃细菌群落、机体抗氧化及免疫性能的影响。选择体重为(35.65±1.84)kg的3.5月龄健康公羔80只,随机分为4组,每组20只,在饲喂基础日粮的同时分别添加灭活酵母培养物0(CON组)、5(YCL组)、10(YCM组)、15g/(只·d)(YCH组),预试期7 d,正试期60 d。试验第60天,每组随机选取10只羊采集瘤胃液和血液,测定pH、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、抗氧化和免疫指标,并进行瘤胃细菌群落α多样性和聚类分析。结果表明:YCH组丙酸、总挥发酸浓度较YCM组和CON组升高(P<0.05),丁酸浓度线性增加(P<0.05);瘤胃细菌群落α多样性各组间差异不显著,YCH组菌群结构与CON组间差异显著(P<0.05),YCH和YCL组的总抗氧化能力高于CON和YCM组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶活性线性增加(P<0.05),YCH组丙二醛含量低于CON组(P<0.05);YCM和YCH组免疫球蛋白G、M、A含量高于CON组(P<0.05)。综上,灭活酵母培养物能改变育肥羔羊瘤胃微生物群落结构,促进瘤胃发酵,提高育肥羔羊抗氧化性能,改善免疫性能,并存在剂量依赖性。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of inactivated yeast culture supplementation on rumen fermentation,rumen microbial diversity,antioxidant performance and immunity of lambs.Eighty 3.5-month-old healthy male lambs weighing 35.65±1.84 kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups with 20 lambs in each group:Lambs in CON,YCL,YCM,and YCH group were supplemented with 0,5,10,15 g of YC per day to the basic diet.This experiment consisted of a 7-day adaptation period and a 60-day trial period.On the 60 th day of the experiment,10 sheep were randomly selected from each group to collect rumen fluid and blood,and pH,total volatile acid and,microbiota in rumen fluid,as well as antioxidant and immune indices in serum were measured.The results showed that the concentrations of propionate and total volatile acid in YCH group were higher than those in YCM group and CON group(P<0.05),the butyrate showed a linear increase(P<0.05).There was no significant difference inαdiversity of the rumen bacterial community between groups;the differences in bacterial structure between group YCH and group CON were observed(P<0.05);the concentration of T-AOC in group YCH and YCL were higher than that in group CON(P<0.05);the SOD activity had a linear increase(P<0.05);the MDA in group YCH was lower than that in group CON(P<0.05).The content of IgM,IgG,IgA in group YCH,YCM were higher than that in group CON(P<0.05).In conclusion,inactivated yeast culture can change the rumen microbial community structure,promote rumen fermentation,improve antioxidant performance and improve immune performance of fattening lambs,and there is a dose dependence observed.
