摘 要:往复式压缩机类型的负载,由于负载转矩波动,会对机组轴系产成一定的扰动和激励,如果转矩波动的能量较大,会对机组的安全稳定运行产生危害。通过调整同步电动机阻尼条的材质,适当的增加阻尼条的电阻率,可以提高电机的阻尼力矩,提高电机的稳定性。现以一台1400k W-18P同步电动机为例来分析励磁电流对同步电动机稳定性的影响。Due to the torque fluctuation of load such as the reciprocating compressor,a certain disturbance and excitation will exist in the shaft system of unit.If the energy of torque fluctuation is larger,it will harm the safe and stable operation of the unit.By adjusting the ma-terial of the damping bar of synchronous motor and appropriately increasing resistivity of the damping bar,the damping torque and the stability of the motor can be improved.Taking a 1400kW-18P synchronous motor as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of excitation current on the stability of synchronous motor.
