摘　　要：滚动轴承的基本额定静载荷和基本额定动载荷是指轴承在静态或旋转时最大能承受的载重量。滚动轴承在承受过大的静载荷或者在承受低转速之下的冲击负荷的时候,滚动体和滚到接触面会产生局部永久变形,其变形量随负荷的增大而增大,超过一定限度的话会产生永久变形,直接影响轴承的正常运转。现通过对比各机械使用轴承寿命情况,推导出额定动载荷和额定静载荷计算结果。供在设计电机时参考。The basic static and dynamic load ratings of a rolling bearing refer to the maxi-mum load ratings that the bearing can withstand at static state or rotating.When the rol ling bearing bears excessive static load or impact load under low speed,the rolling element and the rolling contact surface will produce local permanent deformation.The deformation will increase with that of the load,and produce permanent deformation if it exceeds a certain limit,which di-rectly affects the normal operation of the bearing.By comparing the bearing lives of various ma-chines,the calculation results of rated dynamic and static loads are derived as reference of de-signing the motor.
