流域人类学视阈下的农业文化遗产研究——以重庆石柱黄连传统生产系统为例

摘　　要：从流域人类学视阈出发,以重庆石柱黄连传统生产系统为例,分析农业文化遗产发展的历史脉络与遗产特征,讨论"苦文化"的时代意义与价值,并结合遗产地特色优势,从资源利用与开发的角度提出农业文化遗产发展的思路与路径。Starting from the perspective of basin anthropology,this paper analyzed the historical context and heritage characteristics of the development of agricultural cultural heritage,discussed the historical significance and value of"Bitter culture",combined the advantages of the characteristics of the heritage,put forward the ideas and paths of the development of agricultural cultural heritage from the perspective of re source utilization and development.
